The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) document governs the use of breathe Salon and Spa Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by breathe Salon and Spa.

By visiting and/or using our site you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions please do not use this site.

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled appointment this will ensure you have enough time to complete any consultation forms, change and enjoy the full pampering experience. Please understand if you are late your appointment may be reduced accordingly. Please respect the Spa Environment. We aim provide a relaxed, quiet and professional environment for every client.
 
Gift Vouchers
Please mention your voucher when booking your appointment. Bookings should be made two weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Please ensure your gift voucher is presented on arrival as we are unable to provide your treatment without your voucher. Only the recipient can redeem the voucher they are not transferable. Expired vouchers will not be honored. Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or re issued if lost, misplaced, destroyed, stolen or the purchaser and recipient change their mind after purchase. All vouchers are redeemable on services only.

If you book an appointment with a voucher and fail to attend the appointment without  24 Hours notice of cancellation  the voucher will be deemed cancelled breathe Salon and Spa reserves the right to manage voucher appointments for services in high peak times (as example one week prior to Christmas 24th Dec) voucher redemption on products will be available.
 
Referral vouchers
Referral Vouchers are valid to the bearer named on the voucher and are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase product. Vouchers may be used at the recipients next appointment for services over the value of $50.00. Only 1 voucher can be used at any one time. Please present voucher to redeem your referral bonus. Please mention this voucher when booking. Vouchers will not be re issued if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen.
 
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can allocate the free time for other clients. A 50% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the treatment is scheduled and if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notification.
 
V.I.P Clients
Talk to your therapist about becoming a V.I.P Client come for all your beauty needs Hair, Nail’s and Beauty therapy and receive a permanent discount off all your services. Terms and Conditions apply.
 
Salon Complaints Policy
Breathe Salon & Spa policy is to ensure that every client is 100% satisfied with their service or treatment before they leave the Salon. Salon process is to ask all clients if they are happy with their treatment or quality of service before they leave the Salon, this ensures that we can manage any potential issues, concerns or questions in real time.

Should any client complain about the service or quality of work they have received in the salon we have the right to inspect the work and redo or repair if warranted.

PURCHASING FROM BREATHE SALON AND SPA
Using our online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site’s shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online credit card transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
Breathe Salon and Spa does not hold onto cardholder information.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
Please choose your products carefully in the salon and on line as once they leave the salon we cannot return unless they are deemed faulty. Due to health and safety and Covid Guidelines once a product has left the salon we will not return or refund based on a change of mind.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on our site are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and GST. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of breathe Salon and Spa.
Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases outside of New Zealand.
 
Security E-Commerce
Our website is a secure shopping environment.
We use the secure Shopify Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. Shopify processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

•    We don’t have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Shopify.
